Vince's Auto Body Works

Remarkable Customer Service I just got my car back from Vince's, and I could not be happier! It looks better than when I took it out of the showroom. The quality of work was exceptional, but that’s not the whole story. The customer service department went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, from coordinating with my insurance company to keeping me updated at each step of the repair process. I don’t know what type of training Vince uses, but whatever it is, it works. I would recommend that every large and small business in the County not only get their repairs done at Vince's, but also try to emulate the incredible customer service they provide. Thank you to Vince’s and his entire staff.

Vince's Auto Body is a great repair shop and they did a wonderful job on my vehicle. My Mazda's front was completely ruined from an accident and they were very proactive to have the repair done as soon as possible. They work with Enterprise and the day I dropped off my car, I was able to have a rental vehicle while I waited. Furthermore they actively communicated with me the status of the vehicle, and provided me an itemized list of what was done. The business has friendly staff and I will be recommending to friends.

We always love the service here! My car was in an accident that damaged the side view mirror and door, and when I got it back it looked completely brand new and pristine. They also went above and beyond by buffing out and fixing a small scratch on another door, and it looks amazing now. The team is professional, detail-oriented, and truly cares about the quality of their work. We will always choose their service and recommend them to everyone!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vince’s Auto body in Poughkeepsie, NY, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Rick, the owner, is not only incredibly pleasant but also goes above and beyond to meet my needs in a timely and professional manner. From the moment I walked into their state-of-the-art shop at 185 Smith St, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization. It’s clear that they take great pride in both their work environment and craftsmanship. Rick’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction set Vince’s Auto body apart from others. Whether it’s minor repairs or more extensive bodywork, each service has been handled with utmost care and expertise. If you’re looking for an autobody shop that combines professionalism with a genuine care for customers, look no further than Vince’s Auto body. Thank you, Rick, for consistently exceeding my expectations!
